It's not that tight and it's not at all painful or uncomfortable. I tested it for longer and longer periods under clothes, and slept in it. It looks tighter than it is. It's all a matter of finding the right fitting rings. The 'basic' one is the only one I've worn for extended periods. It doesn't decrease the circulation at all....otherwise, I wouldn't be wearing it. The others are for fun times. As I said, I'm not recommending this, I'm just showing it for those who are interested. Obviously, you'd need to find the right size and type of cockring that works best for you.

That's always an option, of course. I'm my case, I always wear speedos when we're on a cruise. Since it's in the company of all ages, I prefer to stick with the traditional Speedo cut.I'm a grow-er not a show-er, so I always wear a cocking when I wear a Speedo (vanity, I know, lol).
