I know what you a saying. I spent at least 4 -5 days a week weight training in an attempt to improve every bit of muscles on my body. Still hoping for the best. If at the end I did it, good. If the butts are still small, I will just say " I already gave my best, and I have no regrets at all" , by William Hung ! just kidding

Default William Hung

For the uninitiated he was an aspiring popstar who gave that response to one of Simon Cowell's rude remarks when auditioning on the tv show Talent America (or something like that). He proceeded to some notoriety and song recordings despite his lack of singing ability - but has now settled for employment in criminology instead of showbiz it seems.

LOL - I was amused to think of skinnykid being a contortionist and embracing his bum!

Seriously though, even when genetics will inevitably not always meet aesthetics to our satisfaction, don't get like this: http://articles.muscletalk.co.uk/art...e-abscess6.jpg
(it is a drain placed after surgery for a seriously infected abcess which was close to life-threatening and which was endured by a bodybuilder after injecting himself with steroids to improve his glutes)

Thanks for the advice! I won't think of using steroids or injections to achieve the aesthetic goals. I would only use trainings to improve my body.

Truly the only way I know to get the physical tone of a swimmer is to start team swimming at the age of about eight. Be doing about five thousand yards twice a day by seventeen. Have good eating habits, know your nutrition needs and stay away from drugs and alcohol. Hope this helps.

Agree! Diet and habit of swimming/aerobics keep the body in physical tone!
