not so keen
Although I see very hot is overwhelmingly voted for on this pic the big thighs don't match upper torso and arms - and (shadow line perhaps) he appears to have man boobs.
Why also two yards of drawstring for his (nicely fitting) speedos? (a diver rather than swimmer?)
