Although I see very hot is overwhelmingly voted for on this pic the big thighs don't match upper torso and arms - and (shadow line perhaps) he appears to have man boobs.
Why also two yards of drawstring for his (nicely fitting) speedos?

This picture has always struck me as a guy who likes to hike his speedos up too high, coupled with a pair of speedos where the leg elastic is failing. But it proves that on the right guy, almost anything can be hot.

Looks better than me. What is it with the acceptability that most women look good in a bikini but if you are not a rock hard hunk of mucle you look horrible in a speedo. If you are relatively healthy, not really overweight (or at least appear to not be overweight) and find a style that fits your size, I say go for it! Then again being hetero I may not appreciate looking at other men the way many gay men can appreciate the "perfect" male physique...
