![]() Gets confusing :
The bid you mention for the Olympics Adidas is currently approx $731, not $1000 (though who knows what will happen). Coming down a little Ebay has a seller from California with the earlier team GBR lighter blue Speedo and this is just $499. (my preference - not so keen on the way the Adidas Olympics one is messed up with white and blue wedges). Then the Adidas Team GB Olympics one (the first of dark blue with red waistband) is appearing more now and a good deal cheaper: From a seller in the Midlands England : just $35 Even cheaper from a London seller : $31 |

![]() The rich have unlimited resources while the poor have unlimited debts.
Having more money than they can spend in a lifetime the rich demand authenticity. Being rich you don't have to be obsessed with anything, anything can be bought on a whim, winning auctions becomes a competitive sport. What should one wear to enter a speedo auction? |

![]() Mr Micawber said spending only 19/6d=happiness but spending 20/6d=misery.
For those with (a lot) more than £20 available I would suggest rarity (and so a unique standing for the collector) as well as authenticity is the draw and I quote the seller: are limited edition.....cannot be bought in stores .... only given to GB aquatics team. If bidding at home, a nice little white Aqux - if at the sale room a fur coat in the present clime! |

This I think is TD in the $499 blue Speedo - one I haven't seen before - misplaced little cock ring must be a wayward tie cord in fact. |
