Yes, the suit would feel similar to nylon fabric.
Poly 53 is 53% Polyester. PBT 47 is 47% of a stronger polyester which is mostly used in electrical insulation but will often appear in kids' swimwear fabrics, with its anti-UV properties, eg. http://www.21fashion.com/aaaa/PBT/JV10PBT05.jpg
