Burgundy swim briefs

Some years ago when we were doing the colour of the month swim brief challenge I looked up burgandy men's swim briefs on Ebay and found none there.
As an experiment I looked them up every week for a couple of months and they started to appear. Last night I lookked them up again and found you can buy them but only from top brands at top prices.
Is Ebay really this manipulable? Are burgandy the best if most expensive swimwear colour to wear?

I like to wear LexyBBlair men's gaff thongs as they stay on in rough surf and look fine at a crowded beach. Now they are planning to make then in Red, my favorite color, for the first time. Delivery in 2 1/2 months, though.

I have a Joe Snyder, regular bikini in burgundy and strangely enough had it on beneath my shorts for running today. Very comfortable with the tailored pouch with seam for max effect. Shame that this brand has gone out of production unless anyone knows differently. I also have the same style of brief in red and blue.
