Tan Lines & Doctors

The only doctors who have me take off anything below my waist are my dermatologist, urologist, and gastroenterologist when I get a colonoscopy.
I have a tan line at the waist and a fade on my thighs as I wear shorts and swimsuits with varying amounts of coverage. I spend a fair amount of time nude outdoors also, so even the lightest area is somewhat tan.
None have said anything about it.
I did mention to my dermatologist that I am sometimes nude outdoors so he knows to check everywhere.
