They come from China, and have large pouches so your junk won't fall out of the narrow thong crotch. eBay USA has several sellers, and the photos show the thong bottom instead of a model wearing them. Most are underwear, but this is Swimwear, better for a swimwear site.

I haven’t seen this style before. Looks nice. Maybe a good option when a thong may be too revealing yet not as much coverage as my square cut suits. I may have to get one to try it out. Thank you for sharing.
