Here in the UK all beaches are crown property, if you can get to them you are free to use them, the concept of a private beach is anathema to the British people.
Beaches close to towns and car parks are busy and tend to be very conventional while those that you need a map to find and reach only after an hours walk are where your more likely to find skimpy swimsuits and naturists.

In my 20s I discovered nylon Speeds then Lycra Speedos and chose to wear briefer and progressively skimpy swimsuits. I learned that no part of the human body is indecent, it's all covered in the same skin, although you should avoid growing and showing in a family environment.

I am 6'2" and although I look down on people it doesn't give me a feeling of superiority, many short people have this aggressive "The taller they are the harder they fall" mentality and want to spoil your day just because you're tall.

In times past men wore the codpiece to enhance their masculinity whilst wearing doublet and hose (short shorts and woolen tights), you can now get foam inserts to boost your appearance, but all is vanity.
Choose your swimwear so it is comfortable on the beach, minimal and skin tight in the sea so you glide through the water and give you that "looking good" feeling. Don't get put off by detractors unless they have a badge and a gun.
Many of the knee length baggy swim shorts are made of quite thin fabric, the wearers are fully aware that when they get wet the fabric clings to them and shows every detail of their bulges and asses. Why not just wear swim briefs?

BB, you are right about Skinzwear's great skimpy suits!! I think you would look great in the M73. My endowment is average, but I still have a pretty good erection. I've slipped on the suit when fully erect to see how it feels if an erection happens during "sightseeing" at the beach. My shaft is held in a comfortable downward curve, producing a nice (but not obscene) bulge. I got my suit lined when I ordered it, so there is SOME (!) modesty. I do a complete bodyshave, and the bulge holds my suit down enough to expose the very base of my tanned shaft, with the dimple just above the shaft base I developed with intense ab vaccing. I guess that's the extent of my being a show-er as far as my cock, but I'm definitely a show-er when it comes to wearing my suit straight across and as low as possible, tor complete upper-torso exposure, with the rear of the suit covering only the middle third of my buns, showcasing my ab-muscle shield and up-high bellybutton as I saunter along!

BB, let me add that I do not think that the bulge you like is obscene. And your approaches to achieving the look you want are what work for you, letting you have the feelings you want as a proud, healthy and sensual man. I guess the idea of a nude man walking around with a full erection is what I would consider obscene, IF this was going on in an inappropriate location. (IF, however, with other, consenting nude adults...well... )
