I am pretty certain that anything coming out of China with an Aqux label is not a licensed product. That is a company located in Japan. I have several of the Chinese-made suits that I purchased over the years and they are all really neatly made and have the rear vent. They also fit way low in back, showing the butt-crack "Y" but that is how they are designed to fit.
Periodically the owner of the brand complains about the Chinese license violations and there is a purge. I noticed that most of the Chinese made Aqux disappeared a couple years ago. Amazon tries to purge their site of products that are using fake, unlicensed brands and this would be an example of that despite the fine quality of the knockoff Aqux suits.
Aqux has a real Web site in Japan and you can probably order directly from them. The catch is that a real Aqux suit from Japan looks to be about 7800 yen which means about $80 USD. The Chinese, for the time did one heck of a job making the apparent knockoffs they shipped to the US. There are photos of the real suits front and rear on the site below and note that they also fit really low in back so you need to be comfortable showing a bit of "Y" in the rear as many Asians apparently are or this is not the suit for you.
