Below the page you are writing there is a place that has a button that says says "Manage attachments"

click on that button

A jpg to be uploaded has to be small as in under about 78.1 K but you can reduce its size using practically any photo editing program

To find the file you want to upload
Click on "choose file" button
open the file you want to upload

then click on upload file button to upload it
If your file is too big it wont upload


2 files per post maximum
