I definitely think hot guys are sexier in a speedo (bikini brief) than in nothing at all.

I think it probably is part of the human desire for wanting what you can't have. Thus, seeing almost everything is more desirable than seeing everything.

But maybe that's just me.

Btw , to confirm your point I am looking to retrace (so far without success) a really good sexy pic from a blog somewhere and it is far from complete nudity as the guy (with great abs.) wears a long sleeve (wet) white shirt over red/white/blue panelled speedos.
(so many aspects of a pic are hot (or not) and this one sure rocked my boat).
