More basketball and now enjoying some R&R on the front porch. Wishing Summer would never end.

Default went for a swim!

Went for a swim with a guy I know. He has been having mobility issues and I suggested that swimming would be good for him. Married guy ages with myself. I warned him that I would be wearing square cut trunks ( to timid to say that I would prefer to wear speedos!). Anyway, get to the changing room and he says that he hopes that I dont mind but he wears ' budgie smugglers!' He brings out a well worn pair of patterened 'speedo' trunks with the explanation that as he goes to France a lot on holiday, that guys are expected to wear them at a public pool. I promptly bring out mine. First time I have swam with another guy in brief trunks in years! sent him a txt thanking him for the chance to swim with another 'speedo' guy!

After my pre-work morning swim, I placed my navy blue solar speedo on the roof of my car as I changed into my clothes. I was on the highway when I noticed something fell off the car from my rearview mirror and that was when I remembered I forgot my speedos and have left on on top of the car. I have to leave on the next exit and double back. Parked the car off the side of the highway and ran into the road to retrieve it. I could've been roadkill....

Two days ago, spent a couple hours at the beach in black Andrew Christian suit, then washed car when I got home. Learning from Malcontent's experience, I was careful to NOT leave it on top of the car.

Default October Tan

The heat wave is over in Texas and sunning is now bearable again. Coping with an occasional slight overcast sun, laying out in the Kiniki yellow was a nice break from the work day. I can take days like this ALL year..
