Default Red speedo at the pool

Yes - apologies about the poor picture quality - I'm struggling to get the file size down below the 76kb limit, but I wanted to show the setting. Here's a slightly better quality zoom in of the speedos - red endurance.

Went swimming in my black Aussiebum 1.5 classic today. The nearest feeling to swimming naked in a public pool...

What about doing yoga asanas in brief ? A lot of freedom in mouvement, feeling almost naked...

Someone else practices yoga ?

I've not done yoga before, but have done karate that included some Tai Chi, should I go for it ?

Practicing yoga or martial arts, for me, are always a good way to work on breath, balance, flexibility, and inner mind qualities. I have been practicing martial arts for more than 20 years. But yoga is my quiet moment, like meditation...
If you have an opportunity to do a retreat so go for it, it could be a very positive experience
