Thaanks Bman, we all try and look the best we can so I was a bit hesitant to show more of the "torso" since I've put on a couple extra pounds after I retired but as of last Monday I'm getting back into exercising daily. I didn't have to worry about my weight while working but things change and I plan on getting back in shape before it's too late.

Here's a more picture for a before and after type thing and I'll post more torso pictures periodiclly for the after photos. At age 60 it may not be as easy get back in shape as I'd hope but I'm going to do it now or it will never happen.
