Passports and driving licenses are only produced by the government in the UK so any documents obtained elsewhere are illegal.
Producing documents for use by people traffickers and illegal immigrants is immoral and illegal, the duty of a refugee is to claim asylum in the first safe country he enters not to trail around the world.
