A question to a Miami Beach speedo lover

Not so long ago in Miami Beach right behind the Golden Nugget beacj resort I saw a lifrguard truck pass by with a lifeguard beg=hind the truck wearing a red brief stylle speedo do they still wear them on duty- thanks.
