![]() A lot of the Asics swim briefs are made out of polyester (usually 70-75%) with a layer of polyurethane on the outside. I'm saving up to buy some of them to see how the polyester-PU blend holds up in the water over the long term.

![]() I have been making men's swimsuits for about 10 years now.
I was looking for something to wear while doing exercises in the loft and I found the Stitchboy Patterns by accident. I thought I'd try them out, first using polythene shopping bags and sticky tape, then hand sewing and finally using machines. I own domestic sewing machine and an overlocker. It's fun to create something exciting in 3D from flat 2D fabric. There's no money in it, but seeing a photo of someone happily wearing something that I've made is satisfying. |
