Default Speedos and Freeballing

Over the past two years, I have gradually stopped wearing underwear. I generally wore briefs in the past. While is still feels good to be in a speedo since it is the minimum acceptable amout to wear in many places, I do feel more "confined" than in the past. If there are other freeballers on this board, do you notice this too?

You may enjoy changing from Lycra Speedos to Nylon Aussibums and they are looser with more space for movement. Be aware the lighter colours are very see through when wet.

Default Aussibums

Thanks. Are they lined or unlined? Web site doesn't say.
I would stick with darker colors in any event.

Can anyone recommend a style that is completely unlined but does not show too much? The front lining panel seems to be a contributor to the restricting feeling.

I know the feeling you are describing. I find that with any swim brief I've bought from an athletic company ( speedo, except solar, Nike etc) to be constricting. I know that makes it more suitable for public use. I've posted on here about how much vpl is acceptable in public. But I spent some time yesterday in a Joe snyder bulge bikini and it was very comfortable. Its gentle on your package and it has some swing in the pouch. Very unrestricting, maybe you should try a pair. Sizes do seem to run small.

I like the briefs by Funycell. They are cheap so probably won't last long, but I find the pouch to be a nice balance between modesty and comfort. For whatever reason that seems to be hard to find in the pricier, more mainstream brands.

They come in two styles, one a more sporty style that I prefer, the other is a bikini.
