Default Aussie Bum website talks about sheer rating

The professionals in the men's swim brief business have a rating system in place for the amount of transparency shown through different types of fabric material.

They call it 'sheer rating'.

WHAT IS SHEER RATING?

" It means how see-through the garment becomes when wet. 1 on the scale is the least see-through, 10 is the most see-through. As an example, Black is not very transparent and has a lower sheer rating, whereas White becomes highly transparent when wet, therefore has a sheer rating of 10 on our scale. "

Choose your audience with care and always test anything white, yellow or ice blue in the shower at home first just to see how transparent it actually is. A tight, thin, unlined, transparent suit will hold everything in place while showing every detail as soon as it gets wet.
You could always give such a swim brief to your handsome best friend just as the 2 of you are changing on a quiet section of beach.
"Let's not wear boring board shorts today, try a pair of these, I bet you would look really hot in them!"
"Race you to the water ........."

Default transparency

That must be a 10.
Nylon Ice Blue was mentioned on the Lycra chat forum and I guessed a 9 for it - but how do I know what colors are high or low if the AB table doesn't appear?

Btw, surprised to see what must be a 10 for a Turbo in a pic. today.

Default just got my transparent swimwear from AussieBum

As I was writing the last post, the mailman delivered my package from AussieBum. I received 2 pieces of swimwear/bikinis

They have the "wonderjock" pouch inside. Does my "package sit inside (closer to me) the pouch, or do I let it side outside the pouch (away from me). Kind of confusing.

So happy I got them!!

Default wonderjock

Re. post#7 do you have the wonderjock or boosterjock?
Your image link includes bjk which suggests booster.
Whatever it is other guys have had problems of how to
wear and undesirably filling up with sand.
See questions and answers here and check which might
apply to assist in your dilemma:
