Default How long have you worn your speedo?

I was at my other house a couple weeks ago (U.S.Thanksgiving) to get it packed and cleaned up for the new owners. I had a couple friends come by to help so it ended up a semi party atmosphere. Since it was warm and I have a pool we worked in swimwear so we could jump in whenever we got hot or wanted a quick break. I had pulled on a pair of royal blue nylon Speedos before they arrived on Wednesday PM and just left them on the entire 5 days they were there and we were working. I wore them during my daily shower to wash both the suit and me and then left them on to dry off. (in low humidity desert it only takes minutes) I slept in them and wore them as underwear on the one occasion we left the house. It never really occurred to me until I got back to my other house and realized the only thing I had for the laundry was that one pair of speedos, a tee shirt or three and towels.
In the past I have gone days wearing nothing but speedos - not unusual - but never gone that long without taking one pair off.
Has anyone else done that?

It used to be common for French boys to put on their speedos when they arrived at camping sites at the beginning of the school holidays and remain in them until term began in the autumn. In the evenings they would put on tee shirts and sweat shirts to stay warm but happily continue to wear their speedos without shorts.
The mothers would camp with their families all summer while the husbands would work during the week and show up at the camping sites at the weekends and during their own summer vacations. French cities used to be empty of children during the summer as everyone was at the beach.
Arriving at a camp site in the early evening one would be greeted by hordes of happy tanned kids in speedos and tee shirts running and cycling about.

Torchwatch,

I like that type of atmosphere and culture.

That would never work here in the USA! Sad!!!

Default All Day

I have occasionally spent an entire day in a speedo, including back yard work, car washing and even a bike ride on rare occasions. Never more than about 16 hours since I find them (or any clothing) to confining for sleeping.

Default permanent wear

LOL - good stories but hope we can assume some little adjustments in the telling so that certain daily personal functions were allowed for!
