I'm pretty sure turbo and Agon have had some kind of relationship in the past. I think Agon might have been turbo USA first.

LOL - I like Brazil better now I see some bums and the white band around the globe makes more sense.
The pic is a bit of a mystery however - why are four guys linked like that?
Are they posing for a photo, in which case why is one guy looking downwards?

All wear the same maroon water polo caps but we see:

One LC suit which probably indicates La Canada High
School team from California.
Two Brazil suits indicating perhaps some connection
with that country.
One gown indicating Roseville High School Tigers.
