Default Dolphin

Is it a board or is it a boat ?
Whatever it is I sure want to give this lifesaver some
practise by swimming out there and wait for a rescue !
(Btw what's the accessory on the sand ?)

It is a surf ski, hull like a canoe flat deck with moulded seat and foot rests. If you capsize in rough water just climb back on and keep going. It won't sink unless you fracture the hull but by then you'll be among the rocks or under a ship.

This particular craft is rather fast, for going through big water at speed, paddled like a canoe.

Default surf ski

Thanks guys - new to me but seems that the Q'land company has been around for ten years.
Paddles are shaped like spoons - makes sense to me - always wondered why that hadn't been done before.

Note pour Louis: Il y a aussi un agent en France:

Il vend le maillot Club TYR avec "Capbreton" au derriere

Default good wave .....

.....and nice beach too at Capbreton* (near Biarritz)

You can see why the blue TYR with yellow flashes is so designed:

*in the Landes region - a remarkable large area of dense forest
and where driving through is like a switchback ride because of
the constant upheaval of the highway surface by tree roots.

Sorry about that - something has happened in five months so I will have to trace it elsewhere.
