Default Key West Swimwear

Many years ago, I traveled to KW on vacation and walked through a few shops that seemed to cater to Mens minimal swimwear. They appeared hand made. I tried doing an internet search and could not find any. Anyone have a link?

Key West has been known as a 'gay oriented' resort for quite a few years - it is probable that a large number of brief swimwear shops have opened and closed over the years since you were there...

I had a couple minutes so did a Google search of gay mens swimmer shops in Key West.
The one that stands out is called Graffitti on Duval (305-295-0003). It has been there since 1987 and was described in one review as "not for the metrosexual - this is hardcore gay" This may not be the shop, but it fits the description you had. I don't see a website but you now have a phone number so give them a call.
If you have time, you may want to check the gay publications for Key West for ads for menswear shops. At least I have a start for you.

PS You can also call one of the gay resorts there and ask them about shops -- even though they are "optional" resorts, they probably know the shops and you can describe the one you were in and they may know it.

Good Luck

Graffitti was/is (have not been there in a long time) the place for "fun" swimwear. Also great greeting cards and novelties. It was always a destination when visiting, many time in fact.

That's odd, they are still sponsoring events and listed as a pick up point for Q Magazine.
