This is supposed to be "man in budgy smuggler" but it can't be a Budgie Smuggler as I read KooGa. Thinking I had discovered another unknown
Chinese speedo brand I looked it up - they are in fact kit suppliers from the Gold Coast and have everything needed for Australian rugby teams.
