The seat is between Athletic and Lean. You can ask it.
The pouch is tight but the fabric is very stretchy.

I wear the medium size. What size do you wear? Consider this is a Taiwan suit and the Asians are mostly smaller stature and genital size, they are cut for their culture. They are designing for the average guy I think. The comfort of the suit is great.
