Swim Jock Necessity for Some

Swim jocks might not be sold at Sports Authority, but I still need one for my large, prominent circumcised glans (head). When wearing a brand like Sauvage squarecuts, which are intentionally unsupportive with reduced amount of spandex, I don't want women to see the length and width of my head !!!

And I am also 5" flaccid.
