The pouch fits quite snug and depending on your condition it may be difficult to get everything you want to have inside into the pouch.

The back is another issue as it consistes of a very narrow elastic band that in the SM is shorter than in the MED and LRG. THe short size means that the back needs to cinch up tighter between the glutes.

I did this last night and had great fun. The first puzzle is how to get the penis and balls both completely inside the pouch.
