Running tight seams

There are basically two kinds of seaming in the rear of running tights. Probably the most widely sold are the ones where there are two seams in back that run across the glutes.

THe more interesting version has a single seam that runs up the middle of the back right where a thong back would go cinched between the glutes. I see guys wearing tights in which the seam cinches between the glutes like a thong back would. I have not actually found any running tights for purchase that do this. I would be interested in finding a pair if anyone knows who sells them. Maybe its some work using a sewing machine by the running tight owner in order to tighten the seam.
