Too confining

At one time I wore speedos frequently.
After I stopped wearing underwear, I started to find them too confining and wore them less and less. When I had to wear something it was usually a short tan through swimsuit.
I actually got rid of my last speedo type suit recently because I hadn't worn it in almost a year.
Has anyone else here had a similar experience?
