Speedo friendly swimming in the Sacramento/ Carmichael Area

Any suggestions on speedo friendly swimming / sunning spots? I prefer outdoor locations and would like to be around the company of other speedo wearers.

Also any good shops for acquiring speedos in the area?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
