Dooley67, spot on regarding "package" -- contents that are prized, wrapped well with forethought, unwrapped enjoyably and certainly valuable! I coined "BME," my Basic Male Equipment.

For too long US males have dressed at the beaches, rivers, lakes and pools as if apologetic for being male -- covering up from waist to knees or calves, carefully concealing even the hint of their BME (God forbid it expands even in the slightest from warm sun or a hot, fleeting thought), forcing themselves on starvation diets for their bodies to mimic the more lithe frames of females and of course trimming, shaving or waxing body hair.

All such seems so very wrong! I say let us guys be males without pretense, without apology. The crowned jewels are adequately and appropriately "packaged" by minimal swim briefs and indeed are far from being "junk." Rock the look even if you're the first one where you are.
