I don't think he's wearing anything under that suit. I think even a thong would show an outline through that thin spandex.
Some of the teams are definitely wearing something like bikeshorts or a squarecut under their body suit. But I think there are several teams that are not wearing anything under it. That suit is obviously riding up, and you'd see if he was wearing anything other than a thong. Personally, I think you'd see the outline of a thong around the sides of the waist, and I'm not seeing that. (Not that I'm looking that closely, of course! LOL)
