The guys in the "fish bone" suits have speedo tan lines but are used to wearing something slightly more covering than the fishbone suits.

The photo where he is displaying the Brazilian flag shows him to have an "Aztec" tattoo on his wrist and a crucifix earing. Suggesting Brazil, South American and Christian. Maybe from a city in Brazil, South American and a big crucifix statue and a famous beach, I am led to Rio de Janeiro, famous for it's rich mixture of races from Europe, Africa and the indigenous population.

The style of the artwork in the "On the Beach" and "Virgin Island" swim briefs in the photos looks very much like that used by Turbo, we have had this situation before where unknown brands have been traced to Rio and then lost there. So I suggest that these are Turbo water polo suits with club logos on (instead on brand logos), Turbo even do several versions of the distressed union jack suit in the photo.
Since many Turbo suits are made to order you'd never be able to find them from stock.
