We have two nude beaches at Canaveral National Seashore at Titusville, just one hour east of Orlando. Apollo Beach (at the north end) is posted legal, but there is literally no parking; while Playalinda Beach (at the south end) is posted illegal, but there is tons of parking. Just stay off the dunes and off your boyfriend and you'll be OK.
Personally, I'd rather go for a nude hike (or kayaking/canuding) but am always glad to introduce you to the natural wonders of Central Florida.
