If we are talking USSR (CCCP) history I think you will find that it was the Russian Vladimir Lenin who led the October Revolution of 1917 and which resulted in the murder of the Tsar and his family at Ekaterinburg in 1918.
Marx and Engels were German socialist philosophers.
Lenin is in his mausoleum in Moscow and Karl Marx is in his grave in Highgate Cemetery London (
