Whether at home or away if you really want to "tone it down a bit" keep off the beers which loosen any ideas of decorum and allow your exhibitionist streak to take over. As long as you are aware of the company you are in (and if not transparent ACs are not suitable attire) you appear to cause no offence - in fact a source of enjoyment by all it seems on this occasion
