I accidently learned about jerking off after just turning 13 - in a speedo - I realized that it felt good to rub myself through the slick fabric. As I kept doing it - it felt amazing and then it happened. I thought I ruptured myself, but then learned it was a very normal thing. Yes, I have jerked of many many times in a speedo.
