Cruise
I went in Early January last year on the NCL cruise from LA to Miami through the Panama Canal.
Weather was hot in southern Mexico, Central America and Columbia.
While not the majority, there were enough men in speedos on the cruise that I didn't feel out of place in one.
The relative frequency of speedos may have been because there were a lot of passengers from Europe and Latin America on the cruise.
