Just like Dylan, Bill and Joe are excited about and interested in trying on the stuff they got in the big Amazon order. Unlike Dylan, however, Bill and Joe have already had some active experience with trying on and then wearing snug-fitting clothing (remember the long dream sequence wearing the compression gear, straps and cups many chapters back. If you do not remember these chapters, they are good for you to read before following the continuing story now.)

Men’s thong underwear has always been something of a mystery item for Bill and Joe. Bill and Joe, of course, both knew that thongs were very popular with women their age and even with many of the girls in high school. Bill and Joe would have to be brain-dead to not realize this.

But for men, thong underwear was something of a 180 degree U-turn. Guys in high school almost uniformly had abandoned even white cotton briefs in favor of loose-fitting patterned boxers. Tighty whiteys were for the little boys. But little boys who started out in colorful Superman-patterned cotton briefs soon abandoned them too in favor of Superman patterned boxers. This is a little weird, because as any 6-year old knows, Superman did NOT wear boxers, but instead really snug-fitting red briefs on the OUTSIDE of equally snug-fitting royal blue tights and top with the big-S superman logo. If a guy wants to play like Superman, boxer briefs are NOT what a guy should be wearing for sure.

Anyhow, Superman did not wear a thong either, but a lot of small boys learned about the basics of adult male anatomy by observing Superman’s male bulge in the super-tight red briefs.

In the case of men and from the unique male anatomy, thong underwear is, well, interesting in an assortment of ways, presuming the guy can get his head around the notion that a thong was not designed for a young woman but are also interesting as men’s apparel, or that only gay men would ever be caught wearing a thong designed to the male anatomy.

Every pair of thong underwear fits and feels a little different, and finding the correct-fitting thong underwear can take a bit of research. The male anatomy is better suited to a thong than is the female anatomy. Guys often are squeamish about having the rear band of the thong cut between their butt cheeks, but for guys, getting one’s head around that is a big part of the fun. Thongs are made with three basic designs. The most readily available ones typically use a wider band of elastic that is designed, more or less, to ride over the butt crack, not between the butt cheeks. These are popular in large measure because the thong doesn’t feel that much different from standard briefs, except of course, that the guy’s butt cheeks are bare.

The second design males the thong back out of a narrow round elastic cord, sometimes still covered in cloth. These thongs are definitely designed so that the round cord cuts between the butt cheeks, brushing against the anal area. With this design, the guy will never forget he is wearing something unique. The cord disappears as it cuts between the butt cheeks, and as the guy moves around and walks, there is a feather touch-like feeling in the anal area that perhaps is sexually arousing for guys, though some guys don’t realize this could happen until they get themselves into the thong and start moving around.

The third design makes the back from a narrow band of elastic, not cord, maybe only a quarter-inch wide. This version is also designed to cut between the butt cheeks and disappear in between in the lower part of the butt. To me, this design provides the best overall experience for the wearer, in part because the band presses firmly and less gently in the anal area than a light cord would.

Sizing matters as well. A size SM thong is going to have a shorter band or cord of elastic than a larger thong, and the small size will cut more firmly between the butt cheeks providing a more interesting and exciting overall experience.

But there is another thing going on here as well. The band making up the back of the thong is obviously connected to the front pouch in some way. Oftentimes there is also some double or triple stitching here, which creates something of a lump right where the elastic attaches to the pouch.

The location of where these stitches occur with respect to the male anatomy is very interesting, because it hits exactly the spot in the male anatomy known as the perineum. The perineum is directly behind the scrotum, between the scrotum and the anus. The slang term for this area is the taint. The perineum is a really interesting spot for guys. First of all, a ton of nerves terminate there, making the area extremely sensitive to touch and pressure. But also, in guys the taint is directly below the prostate gland. Anything that puts pressure on or massages the prostate is sexually exciting in unique ways, sensations a guy is likely not to forget any time soon.

So, put the combination of the male anatomy with a slightly undersized thong (so the almost too-short band cuts deeply between the butt cheeks while brushing firmly against the anal area) along with an bit of sewing that happens right at the taint, pressing upward and providing an indirect prostate massage right where all the nerve endings terminate, and you have a real recipe for fun. Think about what Tony and Donovan are experiencing wearing thongs under singlets while working out on a stationary rowing machine, and you will start to better understand what is going on with them and with their workouts.

Bill and Joe know nothing of all of what I have just told you. Unless a guy is somehow sexually brain-dead, the combination of the anal touch and the upward pressure on the perineum should be more than stimulating enough to cause pre-cum to flow in copious amounts even if the guy is not yet significantly hard just getting into the thong.

So, Bill and Joe begin by getting into their new thongs and that is exactly what happens. The upward pressure of the thong from directly behind the scrotum tends to push the male anatomy upward and forward. This means that when Bill and Joe top their thongs with the wrestling singlets they just got, their penises, even only slightly erect, are going to show as a bump in the front of the singlet. But both Bill and Joe already are oozing pre-cum, so they should not only quickly see a bump in an interesting place in their new Crimson red (Bill) and Navy blue (Joe) singlets, but at the very center of the bump should be a growing spot of pre-cum, first just a really-neat, viscous, crystal-like clear drop or two that guys normally delight in making, but quickly morphing into a wet area that is quarter-sized, then half-dollar sized, and even silver dollar sized. Any guy would have to be brain-dead sexually to not start oozing after getting into a thong for the first time.

Bill and Joe say absolutely nothing to each other. What is happening right now is obvious to both of them. It’s best to just keep quiet and enjoy the moment and the tremendously pleasant sensations their bodies are giving both of them, while increasingly recognizing now that part of the fun is very much linked to the realization of what the other guy is experiencing and doing. Some of life’s experiences are just too pleasant for words and talk. This is a great moment in time for both Bill and Joe. Dylan will learn about all of this too, but in his own time. Bill and Joe now think they understand at least partly why Tony and Donovan seemed so happy and full of life at the gym a few days ago. The male body is really, really fun in all sorts of ways. Something new and exciting every day.
