Tan lines win hands down for me (well to be more precise: with hands on it rather than down). I have a theory (that may be mine and mine alone), that us blonds have such trouble developing our tans that we value being able to see the achievement, so the tan line stands out in contrast to all the work. Guys who tan easily have less understanding of this work, and find it easier living without a line. These tan-lines are not blond, but the skin is decidedly pale. I am too shy to wear a white suit, but at the end of summer it is a delight to see the white suit I wear in the shower with no suit. But it fades as Christmas approaches!
