There is nothing more arousing than being able to closely watch a guy getting aroused, but then, in particular, fighting off the urge to ejaculate immediately as the psychological and physical sensations combine to cause the pressure persistently build. At this point in the video, just a few minutes in, you can easily tell that the guy is already straining to control his urge to ejaculate. But, keep in mind that the video continues for another 20 minutes or so.
So far, the guy giving him the treatment with the fingers has moved around a lot, and the result of his is that he appears to be tensing up at point, almost convulsing particularly as the fingers touch unexpected places. So far, this has got to be sexually exciting, but not enough to cause an immediate ejaculation.

However, his skills at ejaculatory control are going o be tested more thoroughly, much more thoroughly.

Suddenly, a big electric vibrator appears in the video. I think the cameraman, an as yet unseen third guy involved in the video, is holding this. The vibrator is no wimpy unit running on AA batteries, It is very large, obviously running on AC current, with a head that both rotates and vibrates. As it runs, it emits a loud and low-pitched growl. Remember, our Japanese Speedo guy has been blindfolded through all of this, and can only guess where the loud growl is coming from. They start by hitting his body with the vibrator, but away from his penis and groin area. He must fairly quickly realize that the tool being used on him is a powerful vibrator. As the vibrator first touches his chest and abdomen, you can see his body tensing up and straining to maintain control, and he emits some low-pitched growls of his own.
