Torchwatch - college students in the U.S. are almost always 18-22 years old. Most American students graduate from high school at age 17 or 18, then start college/university a few months later. A few may still be 17 when they enroll in college, depending on what month they were born, but likely turn 18 shortly after enrollment. Obviously, a few very gifted youths may be younger (I met a 16 year-old at my local university pool who was in his third year of college!), and some young people don't start college until they are in their 20's, but 18-22 would be the average.
Is it a breach or violation of privacy to film the 'Speedo-covered' parts of an athlete's body? That's an interesting question - if you thought they were handsome, and only filmed their faces, would that violate privacy? If you had a 'thing' for the strong legs of divers, and only filmed their legs, would that violate privacy? While seeming somewhat tasteless, I'm not sure filming 'Speedo-covered' areas only would meet a legal definition of violating privacy.
