Wene I view there pictures they are always wearing different suits, not mentionning those they get by there sponsors such as Adidas , and Speedo etc...
They must have dozens if not hundreds of them, just what do they do with them wene no longer used.
Do they dispose of them somehow such as giving them to charity, or selling them, or just destroying them etc.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH THEM IF YOU WRE A FAMOUS DIVER OR SWIMMER.

Some items go to exhibits, such as hall of fame (Int'l Swim. Hall of Fame), some are given away and autographed (you can see Michael Phelps autographed caps on eBay) but I think a fan is selling it,not the athlete. I don't see the athlete putting them on auction on eBay, but perhaps they will donate items to a charity so that organization can sell them.

I think most suits are thrown away unless athlete chooses to give them for charity. Unlike baseball, I don't see a world of collectives bought and sold for swimmers. In baseball you can get bats, balls and other items.
