It's not entirely uncommon as evidenced by the many mutual masturbation stories on

Jackin World (though I'm sure some are just fantasies). Speaking from personal experience, my family opened up to each other sexually over a period of years and it's brought us much closer. I'm sure many would label that as taboo, but it's always been a natural and supportive environment for us.
Skinny dipping is always a fun way to "test the waters." Start with a brief or less and lose it at some point. Maybe your brother and his wife would be interested in including you in some sexual play.
