Definitely a grower here, not a shower. And the cold Jersey Atlantic waters also cause some shrinkage so not so much about a bulge for me though I do love a big bulge on other guys. That said, I do tend to avoid any suit that is too tight on my bulge - I hate the look of having my bulge flattened. For me it has always been mostly about how much skin you show especially the legs. I also love the feeling of the fabric and have always loved a speedo tan line - which is why I have always leaned towards more high cut speedos- 1 1/2 inch and below. BUT now that I am a bit older, wiser, and more daring - I have gotten into wearing pouch bikini underwear and I do love how my Grand Axis bikinis makes me looker bigger than I am LOL
That all said - another reason I quickly loved speedos/bikinis is quick drying and not having on some saggy wet trunks chafing my thighs.
