Finally....
I finally got the big estim rings to work properly when buried under an old sc school aka snug fitting jock cup. There are some terrific sensations to be had here. The big rings are much thicker than the cinch up rings, about a quarter inch thick and ranging in diameter from about 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches. These are so large they fit quite loose even on an erect penis.
Here are some ideas.
1. use only the single smallest ring on the penis. But you will need a second ring. The ring of choice is the second biggest the one that is about 2 1/2 inches. That ring gets slid up to the top of the ball sac moving it away from the ring on the penis.
Once the two estim rings are in place, you can put the strap and cup on. If the two rings are not touching the current will flow between them, some considerable distance. Make sure the cup does not ground the two rings directly or you will not feel the current flow.
The cup helps to ensure good contact between the rings and the skin with such loose fitting rings. Its a neat feeling that is a real treat assuming everything is where it should be.
I like to wear something really snug fitting over the strap and rings. A favorite snug fitting pair of running tights is my choice, though you could wedge in a swim brief to secure the strap and cup too.
Once everything is in place, the current traveling between the two rings is way fun. See what happens if you manage to get an erection faced with such a predicament.
Above all, have fun. You are dealing with but 3 volts from 2 AAA batteries and you should have a variable control. Start at a setting you can barely feel and gradually increase the setting until you are on the verge of screaming in pleasure.
This is a super neat way of enjoying yourself.
