A slim boy in speedos and a fat boy in knee length shorts do a school swimming lesson together. The slim boy slides through the water seemingly without effort while the fat boy fights the water for every inch he covers, water splashes everywhere around him.
The fat boy is a bully, he enjoys hitting and hurting other boys for little or no reason, he has a bunch of friends who are cowards, they know that if they back up the fat boy when he hits weaker boys they won't get hit.
The slim boy has humilated the fat boy for being a better swimmer than him, he wears speedos because they feel good and are better in the water. On the way back to the locker room the fat boy points at the slim boy's speedos and announces "Speedos are gay!", like the hens in Animal Farm and the thugs that stand behind Trump and chant "USA", all the bully's hangers on start pointing and chanting "Speedos are gay!".
The slim boy hates most of the boys in his class at school, they hang out with the fat boy and want to hit him and make him miserable. He has a few friends and although he doesn't really know what "gay" means he is certain he has never done or even thought of doing anything gay with his friends!
He likes swimming in his speedos, he loves that they can't catch him in the water and decides he's not changing them for that lot.
