I wore speedos to my first session of hot yoga, since I had heard that's what most guys wore to hot yoga. Nobody cared, and there was no issue with my choice of attire, and I could tell the female instructor approved. That being said, as I ended up being the only one wearing speedos I think I may wear my jammers or square leg lycra shorts going forward.[IMG]
